Becoming a Koala Living Luxe Member, customers are able to redeem exclusive discounts and are kept in the loop with all the latest arrivals, events and offers.
Membership can be purchased both in-store and online and is a digital membership viewable in your account, once created.
Our membership is a one-time payment of $29.00, valid for two years.

Add Koala Living Luxe Membership to your cart from this page or alternatively locate the membership at checkout with your desired products.
2. TRACK
Once you have made your purchase of the Luxe Membership, using the registered email address used at checkout, set your password and track your order/s. You will have received an email alongside your first purchase to set up your account.
With an account now created, you will be able to identify an estimated date of arrival of your order, organise delivery and make payment of in-store purchases.
3. UNLOCK
Access your account anytime to enjoy the privileges of being a Koala Living Luxe Member. With major sales happening year-round, you'll feel fantastic knowing you can make the most of these discounted offers.
Your Luxe Membership can be used both in-store and online. Membership is associated with your registered email address.
Luxe Membership discounts can be used when an account has been created with the associated email address used at checkout at time of purchase of a membership.

Luxe Membership is valid for 2 years from date of purchase and is based on a rolling year. E.g. If you purchased on May 1 2022, it is valid until May 1 2024.
