Very Unhappy. Multiple issues with lounge. Lounge has multiple issues. Arrived with ripped bottom, loose headrests & mainly sagging foam already. They sent a technician who confirmed faulty and asked to contact Koala Living. But after multiple email exchanges they refused to fixed and have advised they are ok for us to contact Fair Trading. Just to be clear we have bought furniture worth 10k plus from Koala Living but their after sales was tested first time and they have failed miserably.
