Koala Living has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I spent over $5,000 with them, just pray you don't have to deal with an issue of theirs. 1. They don't respond for weeks 2. The promise follow up - but don't 3. It takes months to send replacement parts - literally 3 months! 4. They send the wrong parts 5. No one is available to talk over the phone 6. Their emails are scripted. I spent $5,000 with them. I'll never buy from them again.
