Beautiful but not as described

I purchased 2 of the shadow box frames, Serendipity Hemp Rope and Insurgent Hemp Rope. Both are absolutely beautiful and were to be hung side by side as Displayed in Koala Living Showroom. One of the frames has two scratched at the top, which I can deal with given you won’t see it where I’ve hung it. When I went to hang the second frame the depth was smaller. They should have both been 4cm however the insurgents was 3cm. So disappointed as this is not as described and they cannot be hung together. I’ve used their chat option to raise a ticket, hoping it will be resolved
